Broken customer service / software systems

Everyone is trying their hardest to do their job but management has set it up so that it's impossible."

  1. Absolutely. I fully agree with the speaker. Many of these problems arose. After that I decided to buy software from these guys https://jitbit.com/ . I want all of you to advise them. Nothing is broken. And as I understood there service 24/7 and it's cool.
